In order to fully understand your dental health and provide you with the most comprehensive and appropriate treatment solutions, it’s important that the Bright Star Dental Centre team are aware of your previous dental and medical health treatment and any pre or existing health conditions. Therefore, you will be asked to complete a dental and medical history questionnaire. We will then listen carefully to your concerns and desires as understanding these are an important factor in your result.

At your first appointment, a comprehensive examination of your teeth, gums and mouth is completed. A detailed set of digital x-rays may also be taken. Digital x-rays have a very high resolution and provide a clear picture of your current oral health. We also utilise an intra-oral camera. This mini video camera displays your mouth and teeth on a TV monitor and allows us to explain any concerns and discuss with you the various treatment solutions available, so you can see, understand and make informed decisions regarding your dental health.
