Your appointment time is reserved to enable our dental team to provide you with the treatment and personalised time you need and deserve in a relaxed manner. We therefore kindly request that should you be unable to attend your appointment, you advise our practice with 48 hours notice so we may offer your allocated appointment time to other waiting clients. Late notification or failure to attend an appointment may incur a fee.
Easy on site parking and street parking is available.
At Bright Star Dental Centre, we want everyone to be able to have the smile they desire and care they deserve. We therefore have various payment plan options available through Care Credit. For your convenience we also accept payment by cash, cheque, EFTPOS and accept all major credit cards. HICAPS system is also offered. Payment for services are due at your consultation unless prior arrangements have been made with the Practice Manager.
Did you know that payments made for dental services or treatments qualify for the government 20% medical expense rebate? This rebate is available to any taxpayer whose net medical expenses in the year of income exceed $1500. For more detailed information regarding the 20% Medical Expense Rebate, please consult with your accountant or the ATO. The information in this brochure is accurate to the best knowledge of Bright Star Dental Centre who will not be held liable should policies or amounts indicated change.

We accept all health funds. For your convenience, you will only pay the gap fee as we have also installed a HICAPS facility, which allows you to claim your dental benefit immediately with your private health fund.
